What counts as an action?
An action is any event logged by a Vaultak-monitored agent — a file write, API call, database query, etc. Each call to vt.monitor() or vt.log_action() counts as one action.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Do you offer a free trial for Pro?
Yes — Pro includes a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
What happens if I exceed my action limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, monitoring continues but you'll be prompted to upgrade. We never silently drop events.
